the debut furniture collection by comedian Julio Torres, created in collaboration with Sabai, the New York-based home décor brand, is now on view at Show: Room.

All Other Passports—a nod to the customs line for non-U.S. citizens-pays homage to Torres' roots in El Salvador and to those of Sabai co-founder Phantila Phataraprasit, who was born in Thailand.

Featuring four limited-edition pieces, All Other Passports is designed to welcome the "couch friend": the out-of-town visitor who finds temporary respite in a city apartment. "Most of us who have come from somewhere else and now call New York home have been that friend," Torres told T Magazine.

We're especially drawn to the collection's whimsical charms, inspired by what Torres describes as the "beautiful vortex of clutter" found in New York City apartments. Designed to attach to the Stay Here Pillows and the Landing Daybed, the charms capture the everyday objects that naturally gather in our living spaces: a set of keys, a candle, a fork, and a coffee mug. Together, they form a playful portrait of apartment life.
